This page explains how your Facebook and Instagram data is managed, and how you can remove any connected or imported data from your account.
Account Requirements
To connect your social media accounts with Mappii, you must have an Instagram Business or Creator account, and a Facebook Page that you manage. Without these, you won’t be able to import or display content.
Data Deletion Options
You have full control over your data. We offer two clear options:
- Disconnect Social Media Accounts: removes your Facebook and Instagram connection credentials from our system. Any content you’ve already imported will remain in your account.
- Delete Imported Social Content: permanently removes all imported Facebook and Instagram post data from your account, including credentials and all associated content. This action is irreversible.
How to Proceed
To manage or delete your data:
- Log in to your account on Mappii.
- Navigate to the Account page.
- Scroll to the Social Media section.
- Choose either Disconnect or Delete Data.
